After earning her Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in 2020, Lynsey entered the professional world to explore her passion for health and fitness. Lynsey has had the opportunity to intern for Arizona State University as a Strength Coach for women’s basketball, men’s wrestling, men’s golf, and men’s basketball. She has also worked with high school, NCAA, NFL, and MLB athletes. Lynsey specializes in strength training, sport performance, weight loss/gain, group fitness, endurance training, and so much more.
Hourly rate: $85
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Lynsey will schedule an introduction session to understand your current fitness level and future fitness goals. Together, you will come up with a plan of action through training and nutrition to accomplish those goals. Whether you are looking to train 5x/week or 1x/week, Lynsey will be there every step of the way.
A typical training session with Lynsey will include a 5-minute dynamic warm up to increase the heart rate, prevent injury, and get the blood flowing. A 45-minute session of strength/circuit training (depending on your goals) will follow. Lastly, Lynsey will end with a 5-minute core session and stretch.
Lynsey has worked with a large number of athletes who have went on to win championships, receive scholarships, and get drafted into professional sports. She has worked with general population clients to achieve weight loss, fat loss, weight gain, muscle gain, and muscle toning goals.
