Hello My name is Lenorse Bailey. I am from Arkanasas but have lived in Texas for 7 years. I graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition. I am certified in personal training( NESTA), Group Fitness Instructor (ACE) and Sports fitness nutrition. I’ve worked 1:1 training for about 15 years and group training(36 people max) for about 7 years with OrangeTheory Fitness. My current aspiration is to create an online fitness website.
