Hello!! My name is Charla (Char for short) and I am a new Certified Personal Trainer. I have new recent experience training clients, and would love the chance to expand and develop my skillset. My personal favorite style of training is HIIT/Interval/Circuit training. This style helps keep the body guessing and keeps the workouts from getting boring. I also love bodyweight only workouts because they are versatile and you can easily track your progression. Whatever YOUR level of fitness, experience, and goals are, I’m super confident that I can help get you there! (I also just competed in a two bodybuilding shows last summer, which helped me learn so much more about diet, nutrition and resistance training). Put my skills and knowledge to the test, hire me as your personal trainer and let’s crush some goals!!
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
During the warm-up, we’ll spend a few minutes checking in (how are you feeling? did you get good rest?) and I’ll explain the workout. Based on your goals, this will vary, but ideally I would plan it like this:
* warmup
* strength portion (usually 1 exercise, building up in weight)
* interval session
* stretching/cooldown

Go to the trainer’s gym.
Train with a friend (or two) and save!
