My name is Walter Foster-Bolton and I am the Founder and Head Coach at Fitness with Thor. I’ve been passionate about personal training since I started my own fitness journey at the age of 15. Through hard work and dedication, I discovered that exercise not only transformed my physical strength but also boosted my self-confidence. This confidence came from setting and achieving goals, pushing my limits, and discovering my true potential. This experience, combined with my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology & Exercise Science from Augsburg University and my ACSM certification as a personal trainer, has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to help others achieve their fitness goals and experience the same sense of accomplishment.
As a professional bodybuilder and competitor, I’ve fully embraced the fitness lifestyle. I now run my own training business, working with clients in their homes, at a private club, and through corporate wellness programs. My approach is centered around understanding each client’s unique needs and creating customized plans to help them succeed. I specialize in preparing clients for competitions, providing nutrition coaching, offering posing guidance, and delivering general fitness advice. I also work with companies to promote employee health and well-being through on-site training and wellness initiatives. While I’m proud of the bodybuilding competitions I’ve won, my true joy comes from seeing my clients and corporate partners transform their lives through fitness. I’m known for my friendly, approachable style and my dedication to helping each individual and organization reach their full potential, not just in terms of physical strength, but also in terms of self-confidence, productivity, and overall well-being.
Hourly rate: $100

A typical training session with me lasts approximately 50 minutes. We begin with a warm-up to prepare your body for the main exercises planned for that day. Every exercise is carefully selected and has a specific purpose, which I will explain in detail if needed.
Throughout the session, I provide guidance, support, and feedback to ensure proper form and technique. I also check in with you regularly to assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan. This helps us stay on track towards achieving your fitness goals.
My aim is to create a positive, motivating, and educational environment where you can feel comfortable pushing yourself and learning more about fitness. By the end of each session, you should feel accomplished, energized, and one step closer to your desired results.
One of my most rewarding client success stories involves a 16-year-old boy named Alex. When Alex first came to me, he was struggling with self-confidence and felt uncomfortable in his own body. He was often too shy to participate in physical activities with his friends and found it difficult to assert himself in social situations.
Alex’s story resonated with me on a personal level, as I could relate to the challenges during my own teenage years. Growing up, I often felt self-conscious and struggled to find my place among my peers. It was through fitness that I discovered a sense of confidence and self-worth, which is why I was so passionate about helping Alex on his journey.
