Hi, I’m Bob P of Hand Heart Yoga. I’m a retired corporate executive who found yoga as a tool to improve health and mental well-being and I love sharing yoga’s benefits with others. Beyond yoga’s physical benefits of improved flexibility and strength, yoga brings calmness to the mind and helps us understand ourselves and how to approach life’s stress and anxiety. I have completed a 200 hr Yoga Alliance certified training program and a 40 hour Ashtanga yoga training. I have 3 years of teaching experience through a non-profit organization that reaches people at farmers markets and community settings.
Hourly rate: $50
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
My yoga classes are gentle, but effective in reaching both body and mind. You’ll leave refreshed and renewed. We stretch and bend and work out areas of tightness in both body and mind. Each class combines standing poses, seated poses and breathwork.
