Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
I am a personal trainer who has recently graduated from Clemson University. I started training in gyms around the age of 13 when I wanted to get myself in the best possible shape for the upcoming rugby season at my high school. During this time, my training had a heavy emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning and bodybuilding. I wanted to be as big, strong, fast and as conditioned as I could have possibly been. I started training at about 155-160 lbs and graduated high school at 200 lbs, and as team captain with 3 consecutive state championships and an offer to play for Clemson University, I’d say I achieved this goal I initially set out on. Since then, my training focus has been geared towards powerlifting and bodybuilding. During college I competed in a few powerlifting meets, and reached my goal of a 700lb deadlift, 600lb squat and a 440lb bench press. As I developed within this sport, I added another 50 lbs to my frame, sitting at a stout 250 lbs. I then realized that I have a lot of potential in the sport of bodybuilding. My current goals are to compete in bodybuilding, achieve professional status and then compete with the best in the world.

A client can expect an individualized training session based on their goals and any injuries that need to be nursed and or worked around. I will provide a comprehensive warm up that aims to prevent and alleviate injuries, an evidence based workout structure and exercise selection, and a cool down period that allows your body to return to a parasympathetic state to expedite the recovery process.
I had a young rugby player train with me over the summer of 2019. His goals were much akin to mine when I was his age- he wanted to be bigger, faster, stronger. I taught him how to deadlift and established his baseline strength. After 8 weeks or so of training with him, he increased his deadlift one rep max by 70 lbs in this short time period while increasing structural integrity and overall fitness and conditioning.
