Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
Andrea has lived a lifetime of fitness growing up an athlete in Southeastern, Connecticut as a gymnast & (All-State and All American Honors) track and field athlete. She now turns to health and fitness as an outlet (and stress manager) while balancing work and life! In 2014, after working as an executive director in hospitality for over 10 year she decided to dive into fitness full-time as a studio manager and group fitness instructor. While wellness is something Andrea takes very seriously personally, she has dedicated the last six years to helping others find its importance by coaching high school athletes, personal training at various facilities and teaching Yoga throughout the local community.

I started my fitness journey at the age of 55. I wasn’t in bad shape but wanted to tone and strengthen my body. I was reluctant to get started. I meet with Andrea but frankly I was a little nervous, as I have scoliosis and a bad knee and was worried about getting the best workouts without injury. Andrea listened and heard my concerns. She was warm and welcoming from the very beginning. She was prepared and knew exactly how to challenge, motivate and make me feel comfortable! I looked forward to our sessions! She made it fun! I saw great results and learned a lot. I was trained by the BEST!
