Years ago, I set out with a mission: to help people like you achieve their fitness goals. I am proud to have worked in the community where I live and continue to call my home. However, a new opportunity has presented itself and we are bringing our talents and expertise to the Big Apple….New York City. Through my extensive experience, personal approach and individual attention, I know that I am the best person to serve you. Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
My sessions are typically an hour long. We begin with a warm up, exercise routine (i.e weight lifting, cardio, High Intensity, agility drills, etc.), stretching at the end.
70 year old client suffering from early stages of osteopenia (loss of bone strength). I started a strength training program designed specifically for her. Within a year, she had successfully stopped the progress of bone loss and prevented osteoporosis from ever occurring.
