My whole life has been about fitness ever since I changed my life around in 2007. I tipped the scales at 180lbs at 10 years old and had a near-death experience. This experience inspired me to get healthy and dedicate my life to empowering others to overcome the same struggle of trying fad diets and then gaining all the weight back. My goal is to get you healthy and help you build your confidence so you can live a better and healthier life.
Hourly rate: $80
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
In a typical session, I will work on balance in order to strengthen your joints and work on interval-based cardio in order to get the heart conditioned and in order to keep the fat loss going post-exercise. I focus on full-body workouts in order to create overall functional strength in the body so your daily activities become much easier (such as reaching for a cabinet, walking up the stairs, etc.)
One client, I trained lost 30lbs in 5 weeks when training with me he went from doing a push up on the wall to doing a full correct push up on the floor. This can be you if you train with me.
