About Morgan Fulton

I am a Personal Trainer & Kinesiology student here in Orlando, FL. I have been a strength & conditioning focused Personal Trainer for about 7 years now. My clientele has varied from gen. pop. 50+ years old to competitive athletes as young as 17 years old. One of my most consistent clients currently is a Nike Breakin’ athlete in preparation of the 2024 Olympics. My specialties outside of strength and conditioning include increasing mobility, powerlifting, toning, and nutritional guidance/holistic perspective. A methodology I incorporate in any style of training is a Bio-Psycho-Social approach to ensure long-term change and success.

Training Philosophy
The Bio-Psycho-Social method brings a holistic approach to long-term success in both creating habitual change and achieving physique goals.

Training Professionally Since
March 1, 2016

Typical Training Session

To gain understanding and comprehension of their personal process. In other words, instead of a single method/drill sergeant approach as you achieve results and level up in strength you will learn how to become more in-tune with your body so in the long term you can self-regulate different physical reactions as well as understand the basics to train yourself (not to train others, but to push your own physical limits confidently). My goal is to get people to at least understand the basics of their own biology that should be taught in order to self-heal and not be too reliant on western medicine.
Aesthetics are easy and always included! Long term knowledge is what makes my training so valuable.

Client success story

I have been working with a Nike and RedBull athlete for 4 years now. We have worked together through injuries, competition wins and losses, mental and political blocks. We are currently prepping for her to compete in the 2024 Olympics in Paris. The biggest success we have had overall is in her ability to understand her own body and signals on a deeper level, helping her learn how to avoid too much damage or injury. She has gained knowledge of how to eat in different states of competition, which for her mostly means working and competing with a plant-based diet.

Hobbies
Breakin' (break dancing), other forms of dance, martial arts (kung fu, muay thai, FMA), snowboarding, competitive powerlifting, painting, roller skating, tumbling
