Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
My journey in fitness began in 2017 when I obtained my certification as a personal trainer. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to continuous learning and professional development, earning several advanced certifications along the way. In addition to my role as a personal trainer, I am also a licensed manual therapist, specializing in clinical and sports medicine.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life, from individuals seeking relief from issues like carpal tunnel and shoulder impingement to those striving to master advanced fitness skills like handstands and one-arm pull-ups. I believe in taking a holistic approach to fitness, addressing both physical and mental well-being to help my clients achieve sustainable results.
On a personal note, I’ve faced my own challenges in fitness, including overcoming chondromalacia due to high patellas. This experience has deepened my understanding of the importance of proper training techniques, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
My current aspiration is to continue making a positive impact in the lives of my clients by providing personalized training programs tailored to their unique needs and goals. Whether you’re looking to improve your strength, flexibility, or overall fitness level, I’m here to support you on your journey to a healthier, happier you.

I start off my first session with a series of movement assessments to best understand the individuals patterns and compromises. In addition to objective understanding, I also need to get a better grasp on your lifestyle, goals, experiences, and just who you are as an individual.
After onboarding (assessments, measurements, goals made, etc) here is what a typical session will look like. I will use an example client of mine, Jacob.
Jacob has a goal of losing fat and building muscle. He also suffers from a past knee injury and because of this, has poor flexibility on his left side. He found that calisthenics (bodyweight training) and boxing was the most fun for him. He also suffers from low T and poor energy. Here is what a training week looks like for Jacob right now:
Phase 1 – Knee rehab, gut cleanse, and manual therapy. With a registered dietician’s help in my social network we collaborated together in attempt to raise Jacob’s testosterone naturally before considering any replacement therapy. This means optimizing his sleep hygiene, gut health, and general exercise. With a crucial step-by-step program for his diet and stretching sessions plus corrective exercise for his knee, this is all Jacob did for the first cycle of his training. Through better health and the rebuilding of a strong foundation, Jacob can move onto a new cycle where we introduce him to boxing and calisthenics for muscle building purposes.
Todd is a middle-aged man who has been waiting tables for years. He has packed on a lot of weight during Covid and is looking to shred off that fat, thus coming to my service as a personal trainer. He could only afford to work with me twice a week due to his insanely busy schedule.
Here is what I noticed about Todd –
He has a major imbalance and tightness around his right shoulder and neck. I asked him which hand he uses to carry plates of food. He said his right. He had no idea his right shoulder was about over an inch taller than his left shoulder. When performing a mobility test, his left side seemed decent but the tightness on his right side limited his range of motion severely. He was shocked, because he no idea that repetitive movement pattern of carrying plates would cause such an imbalance.
Now at the beginning of September, 2021, Todd has lost over 20 pounds since we started (6 months of work) and has improved his range of motion and tightness on his right side. In the beginning he couldn’t perform a lunge due to balance and now he is performing 16 reps in a set flawlessly. The continual use of the hexbar and farmer carries has improved his spinal strength as he no longer feels irritation in his back, especially when lifting heavier objects.
Todd has been an amazing client with his hard work. I am beyond excited to see what another 6 months will bring in.
