I am passionate about helping people gain strength, wellness, and overall satisfaction with life. I have always endeavored to live a healthy lifestyle and would like to share my knowledge and skills with clients. My training specialty is working with older adults who want to increase any combination of balance, stability, strength, cardio endurance, and agility. I have worked for a year with the YMCA and partnered with many older adults who have increased their strength and confidence in their fitness levels.
Hourly rate: $50
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
The first step is always to check in for any updates and issues that might impact training. Dynamic warmup to prepare muscles and joints for exercise comes next to maximize exercise benefits while reducing risk of injury. Depending on client goals, we might do any combination of circuit training, balance work, resistance training, and cardio exercises. The number of activities largely depends on the number of times we work together per week. Clients will cool down and stretch following their workout to maximize flexibility, relax, and reap the rewards of their workouts. I always ask for feedback during the workout and modify exercises as needed.
