I have been working in fitness since 2007 as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I have my own personal training studio where I build trusting relationships with women to help them achieve their goals. I have a passion for helping people live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I want to share what knowledge I have learned to help others with strength, flexibility, range of motion, core stability, corrective function, weight loss, nutrition, developing healthy habits and mental toughness.

Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Our sessions will be one on one in a private training studio. Each session will begin with a dynamic warm up, followed by interval training which will include, core conditioning, power, strength, movement and flexibility and end with a proper stretch and fascia work. The work outs will be designed around the clients needs and how many session we have a week. We will start with total body workouts and progress to more specific split work outs.
