With over 20 years of experience in health and fitness, I bring a dynamic background that started with karate in your youth, transitioned into MMA after high school, and evolved through disciplines like Muay Thai, boxing, and bodybuilding. As a personal trainer and holistic healer, I specialize in self-defense, fitness, and strength training, catering to clients of all ages. My approach is enriched by meditation, chakra healing, and holistic wellness, offering programs that transform both the body and spirit. Passionate about empowering others, I fuse the intensity of combat sports with the serenity of mindfulness, inspiring total well-being.

In every session, I create a space for growth, empowerment, and transformation. Expect a customized plan tailored to your specific goals, whether you’re looking to gain strength, improve endurance, or balance your body and mind. My sessions combine strength training, self-defense techniques, and functional fitness with elements of holistic wellness like meditation and breathwork.
One of my most inspiring clients was a woman in her mid-40s who came to me feeling stuck—physically and emotionally.
