The fitness lifestyle is a never ending journey and I am here to help you get a head start in the right direction. Getting results is simple and effective when in the right program. I have 4 simple programs that i specialize in designed to help you reach your goals. (1) Weight loss (2) Gain muscle/tone body (3) Athletic Performance (4) Booty Building Program. Each programs will be adjusted based off of your fitness levels and what you are trying to accomplish out of a fitness program. Take action today and you will be one step closer to your goals.
Hourly rate: $40
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

Clients can expect to have clearer thoughts, be happier, have more energy, and feel less stressed after each session.
Physically, a typical workout will look like this:
Warm up: will consist of light cardio on a machine of your choice, dynamic warm up, and mobility
Workout: depends on what the clients goals are. It will range from 4-12 exercises. These exercises can consist of resistance training with dumbbells or barbells & body weight exercises, HIIT intervals, and medball exercises.
Cool Down: Will end with a brief core workout and then static stretching
