My name is Bradley. I have been formally training for 4year now. I have taken the NSAM (National Academy of sports Medicine) course work and am certified with experience in fat loss, muscle gained corrective exercise (injury prevention) strength and endurance. I have been self training consistently for 12 years. I have helped my clients reach their fitness goals while leading them towards a healthier lifestyle by demonstrating workouts and proper form while encouraging and motivating them through the process.
The type of training I offer is circuit training. The reason I prefer this type of training is because it focuses on stability, strength, heart rate and muscle building. This form of training is also known for its toning of the muscles and it is the fastest way to burn off unwanted fat.

The type of training I offer is circuit style stabilization, strength, endurance, and hypertrophy weight training (muscle building). Results are guaranteed if the program is followed. My program will help you burn calories, lose fat and build lean muscle. I will help clients reach their goals by demonstrating exercises and routines. My goal is to motivate, encourage, and help clients reach their fitness goals by teaching exercises, proper form, and minimizing injury. I will modify exercises according to your fitness levels while monitoring all progress. Aside of your training sessions I will give you tips on what to do on none training days that will assist in you goal achievement.
There are many successful stories of those ive worked with one of my clients started his fitness journey with me the ending of 2020 and with a few hiccups and he has gotten back on track he has gone from 27%-30% with the goal of 15% bodyfat. Im proud to say he has accomplished this goal and is sitting at 14% body fat with much muscle gain and muscle tone during the process by 2021. With 2022 here new goals have been set and will be accomplished with phenomenal determination and focus. I look forward to the new goals planned to achieve.
