I have been part of the fitness industry since the early 2000s. First as a cycling instructor, then as a strength and conditioning coach, and since 2020 as a personal trainer, lifestyle coach and group fitness instructor.
I have a passion for helping people create sustainable lifestyles so that they can thrive.
I believe in tailoring programs to meet the unique goals, preferences, and lifestyles of each individual. My coaching has a holistic and evidence based approach aimed at promoting exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress management. Together with clients I help them adopt long-term lifestyle habits.
Hourly rate: $90

In a typical training session, a client can expect a structured and personalized experience tailored to their individual goals and fitness level. Each session usually begins with a brief warm-up to prepare the body and prevent injury, followed by a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and flexibility work. I focus on teaching proper form and technique to ensure safety and effectiveness, while also incorporating varied workouts to keep things engaging and challenging. All workouts are specifically designed to meet individual needs and goals.
Throughout the session, I provide guidance, motivation, and support, helping clients push their limits while maintaining a positive atmosphere. We often include goal-setting discussions to track progress and adjust plans as needed. Finally, each session typically concludes with a cool-down and stretching to promote recovery and mobility. Overall, clients can expect a comprehensive workout that not only enhances their fitness but also fosters a sense of achievement and empowerment.
