Optional cardio/dynamic stretching, light pyramid warmup in weight, then 4-5 exercises of a given muscle group or split variation. Depending on preferences, time, and other factors, supersets, TRX, medicine balls, and other equipment may be used. Machines, cables, and free weights should make up the bulk of the resistance training as progressive overload is the key to body recomp.
