Every session with me starts with a personal check-in—we’ll touch base on your progress, how you’re feeling, and any adjustments needed to reach your overarching goals. We break down those big goals into bite-sized pieces and keep them front and center throughout our time together.
During our hour-long sessions, we’ll dive into a mix of activities tailored to your needs and preferences.
There always a warm up, a cool down and moving in ways that challenge you to the edges of your comfort zone.
Nikki is a chief engineer in aerospace. She was carrying a lot of stress, pressure and go get it done attitude.
On a family vacation she was injured and landed herself in a wheelchair while rehabbing. She put on approximately 45 lbs of weight and was in a lot of pain + frustration.
Nikki and I started working together on her mobility, flexibility, weight, loss, goals, and most importantly, her stress level. After approximately two years of working on all these different aspects while still working, her job, Nikki was able to move better, feel better and navigate her day to day better than she did prior to her accident.
Not only did she lose the weight but we ran a 5k color run together. She now has a healthier space to leave her stress which helped her home life + was able to be more active with her sporty teenagers. She was more confident at work which helped her stop emotional eating. Nikki became a lifer for her wellbeing journey.
