My first visit to a gym was when I was 19 and using a buddy pass from a friend. At that time I had a very slim build and had a goal of gaining size. I immediately fell in love with the fitness world and had gained a newfound passion. Since then, I have gained over 100 lbs and transformed into the new me. After putting in soo many years into personal fitness, I became Certified as a Personal Trainer. I knew I had found my passion for not only personal growth but guiding others throughout their journeys as well. I have been professionally training since 2015, from commercial gyms to corporate. My specialties include, strength training, bodybuilding, functional training and weight loss.
A friend of mine once told me ‘It’s not about having all the knowledge in the world, it’s about building trust and creating a connection that lasts a lifetime.’
Hourly rate: $75

First session is FREE
Starting with a proper greeting and recap of how you are feeling right then and there. Stretching, foam rolling and warm up to begin. Explaining todays focus and the breakdown for the session. The key to fitness is personalization, understanding what works for you, followed by my absolute favorite, muscle confusion!
I had a lady come to me at a corporate site of mine, beginner level, shy, new to fitness yet taking a huge step by speaking with me to begin her journey of just wanting to be healthier. She wasn’t worries about weight loss or muscle gain or any other goal set besides just being healthy. We have been working together now for almost 3 years and she is the absolute definition of consistent. She recently went on a family trip to New York and had text me during her trip stating how thankful she was of my dedication to her well being. She was blown away by how much walking she had been doing in New York yet found herself continuing to go without being tired followed by how strong and healthy she felt by doing it. She broke down in tears and stated that was exactly what she wanted. She dislikes fitness in general yet with me being there as a friend and someone she can count on, she continues to push each and everyday for her. This is why I do what I do.
