I am from Australia! I love the outdoors and am passionate about functional fitness and gaining results for your best life. I have been a trainer for almost 20 years! Phew. I have worked with the military, competitors, mums, dads, the elderly, the injured, and those with disabilities. I am a Nutritionist, Metabolic Specialist, Exercise Therapist, and Yoga Instructor. Typical Training Session

A roller coaster! LOL. We start by discussing any physical challenges for the week. Taking into consideration any stressful experiences or events. We discuss the program and the daily workout, then warm-up. The workout starts gently with simple easy to perform exercises. We then ramp up with some challenging exercises (depending on client goals). Then we bring it back to repeat exercises from the past for positive reinforcement. Finally, we wrap up with a cool down and discuss the days ahead and the next training session.

2 – My client regained full range of motion and was able to return to work after a shoulder and arm injury
