I have loved fitness and wellbeing most of my life. Be it ice skating, jogging, weight training or yoga. I’ve have always had a passion for moving my body and learning nutrition and wellbeing practices. I started Personal Training in 2013 with a certification from National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also have experience in Senior and women group exercise classes. I love working with all ages, and different levels of fitness. My experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant working in spinal rehab also adds to my knowledge of proper body mechanics and rehab. I believe in “Prevention” and Exercise and good nutrition are some of the best things we can do for our Mind, Body and spirit! Your “Health is Your Wealth”
Hourly rate: $60
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Start with a warm up, active stretches and short cardio. I like to do intervals of cardio between weights or other exercises, end in cool down and static stretches. I also take into consideration what works for the client. I like to mix it up with bands, weights, K-Bells, TRX, and Balls.
