Well it all depends on what their goals are, but definitely a very accurate program design customized to fit their exact needs and wants, along with a great post workout feeling from just the right amount of exertion!
I started training a wonderful and amazing gentlemen by the name of Tony Neirrick back in 2017. When I initially started training him he could not walk, sit, stand, without the use of a strong and stable cane, 12 weeks after our first 3 month cycle he was able to walk without using his cane, it put tears on both of our faces and it was one of the most if not the most rewarding and special feelings I’ve ever experienced!
