I was raised in Silver Spring, Maryland, north of Washington
DC. I started working out at age 14 because I was very skinny
and wanted to gain muscle. Once the results started coming I
never stopped working out since. Besides working out, I enjoy
long nature walks, hiking, boxing, and traveling. I also enjoy
going out and socializing at different events during the
weekend. The longest and most challenging hike I have been
on was 7 hours to the top of Mt. Washington in New
Hampshire, the tallest mountain in the North Eastern United
States. Growing up I spent 6 years living in various countries
in Africa, and I want to experience many more places in the
world. I speak English and French and would like to learn
more Spanish soon. As of now, I have two cats, I have never
had any dogs before. However, my cats try to steal my food
sometimes so I may reconsider this decision!
My objective goes beyond merely achieving fitness results. I
aim to empower my clients with the skills and knowledge
necessary to maintain their results for a lifetime. By teaching
sustainable lifestyle habits and a commitment to a healthy,
active lifestyle, I am dedicated to helping my clients lead
