She is organized, has multiple different routines, is focused on my goals (functional strength, flexibility, strength, weight loss), pushes me, is a little sadistic (asking for more reps, then more reps, in a good way), is very personable, and adaptable (I had a few days where I didn’t get good sleep and she stepped down those days routines for my energy level).
