I have always been active from baseball to football to snowboarding, mountain biking, and everything else in between. One thing that helped me perform at my best was to focus on my strength and conditioning. While I continued to learn more about fitness, I was fortunate to be able to work in Sports Medicine where I enjoyed helping people get back to where they once were. Putting my rehab knowledge together with my fitness knowledge allows me to help people reach and surpass their goals.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A typical training session with me is going to vary every time. I try to make it so that every time you train with me we will not do the same thing. I try to keep every session different than the last one.

Hands down Aaron Mills knows his stuff. All too often the fitness trainers do not tap into how a person is responding to their training and definitely do not explain the why’s behind the particular exercise. Mills on the other hand not only figures out what is working and what’s not but explains in detail why the movement will he of benefit. Attention to detail.
