Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
In 2005 I was in a bicycling accident that left me debilitated for several months. During my physical therapy I discovered yoga and tai chi/qigong. These practices helped me to regain my health and well-being. In 2009 I began the process of earning certifications in Yoga and Tai Chi. I have been helping people from all walks of life and all fitness levels since becoming certified. Whether you are just getting started in Yoga and want to learn the postures or you have been practicing for some time I can get you to the next level towards your fitness goals. I have a small private studio in my home, I can come to your location or you can have lessons online. My speciality is working with those recovering from an illness, injury or surgery.

First session is FREE
In your first session we will discuss your current health and fitness situation, any concerns you have, what motivates you, what you like and don’t like to do for exercise and we will discuss your expectations – what you would like to accomplish. Based on this we will work together to create a health and wellness program that is customized for you. All sessions include nutrition consultation, this includes suggesting a nutrition protocol for specific conditions such as Osteoporosis, Arthritis, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes and Heart Disease.
I began working in 2016 with an 88 yr old man diagnosed with Gideon Barre Syndrome. He was completely dibilitated, had no motor functions — he had to be lifted with a motorized chair in and out of bed and suffered from pneumonia. His daughter contacted me to see if I could do some breathwork with him to possibly help with his pneumonia. After 2 weeks (4 sessions) he recovered from pneumonia for the first time in over 6 months and he could open his hands for the first time. I continued to work with him adding more movement-type exercises and he began to get mobility back in his arms and eventually his legs. As of this writing, Oct, 2018 he is now walking with a cane! He continues to improve each and every week. As he progresses so does his personal training.
