I have a 20+ year background in sports and fitness and have a keen passion for health and wellness. I am currently a long-course triathlete and I mostly train in the endurance space, but I do incorporate lots of mobility and strength training. I believe that a healthy diet is a key component of any fitness program and will always incorporate nutrition into every wellness plan.
My training background is in HIIT group training and individual training with both senior citizens and adults in recovery from addiction.
My personal aspiration is to do an Ironman triathlon in 2024.
Hourly rate: $90

Training sessions will be tailored to your specific goals and fitness level, not so difficult that you won’t be able to walk the next day but challenging enough to get results.
I have personally coached 50+ people around the world on how to find their strength in sobriety. In my own recovery, I found that I needed a different approach to fitness than cookie cutter programs – I needed something grounded in recovery. So I did loads of research, wrote a book on said research, and decided to practice my 12th Step bringing fitness for recovery to others.
