I provide clients with knowledge and understanding of exercise principles, proper form, and safe training practices. I motivate and empower clients with information that allows them to make informed decisions and take ownership of their fitness journey. I help clients set specific, realistic, and measurable goals that are meaningful to them. Breaking down larger objectives into smaller, achievable targets provides motivation and a sense of accomplishment. I prioritize proper technique, appropriate progression, and injury prevention strategies. I ensure clients perform exercises with correct form, providing modifications when needed, and monitoring for signs of overtraining or potential injuries.
