Robin started practicing yoga in 2004 as a New Years resolution, and found it to be a unique and endlessly fascinating way of moving her body and (sometimes) quieting her mind. In 2009, she began working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, and in 2011 completed her first 200 hour yoga teacher training. Since then, Robin has completed over 1000 hours of training in fitness, nutrition, yoga, and health coaching, and continues to gain more education, experience, and inspiration from always remaining a student. A health challenge of her own in 2012 led Robin to deepen her practice and listen to what her body needs to heal and thrive, and to cultivate the myriad benefits of a life dedicated to fitness and wellbeing. Robin’s teaches with warmth, humor, mindful attention to the breath, and safe alignment of the body. Guiding students and clients is an honor and privilege that Robin is grateful for every day.
