Hello, I’m Michelle! Recently moved from Arizona to East Texas with my family. My fitness journey started very early, I danced competitively for over 15 yrs. across the country. Discovered weight training and group fitness in my early 20’s and am an ACE Personal Trainer Certification, Advanced Bodycombat Instructor, and F45 Coach. I absolutely love helping people discover ‘AHA’ moments in their fitness journey.
Resistance training is the key to living a healthy lifestyle. There is so much we can unlock within us when we focus on building muscle, mobility, and adequate recovery. Contrary to what many of us have grown up believing (esp. women), you don’t have to kill yourself in the gym 7 days/wk to see long term results. I can show you the way! Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Each session will include a full body resistance workout. Start with warm-up and mobility, priming work, them move into working sets. Expect adequate rest breaks to help the body adapt and a lot of education from me on why we incorporate certain exercises. My goal is to educate you ask much as possible and give you the tools you need to make workouts a part of your weekly routine for the rest of your life.
