As a holistic wellness coach and personal fitness trainer, I am a conscious advocate for embodied wellness and personal growth. I’ve spent the last five years studying psychology, medicine, exercise, nutrition, psychedelic and plant medicine, yoga, and overall wellness. I graduated college with pre-medicine degree focusing on psychology and biology and then completed a graduate level program in medicine. These studies (as well as personal experiences outside of academia) have fostered in her a passion for health. I am a certified personal trainer who deeply enjoyes supporting others on their journey toward their health goals. I offer personal fitness training, group exercise classes, holistic health coaching, and soon to be yoga instruction (I’m completing my YTT now)!
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A highly personalized plan that is specific to their unique needs, goals, and situation. We’ll warm-up and then have a fun workout tailored to you. I’ll support you in finding correct form to avoid any injuries. We’ll wrap-up with a cool down, and we’ll chat about how the workout went so that I can best prepare us for our next session.
