I love helping people reach their fitness goals and discover the best version of themselves! I have been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2007. I have experience coaching Strength training, Kettlebell Training, Boxing, Spinning, Pre/Post Natal Fitness, Cardio Training, Core/Stability Strengthening, and Marathon Training. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, RRCA Certified Run Coach and ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a mom of two littles age 3 &4 so I understand what it’s like to be very busy! I’d love to help you work toward your goals and have fun doing it!
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
I typically start with a quick emotional/mental readiness question to assess stress, sleep, energy levels. Once I have an idea I can alter the workout to my client’s needs. We will start with a 5 minute cardio/mobility warmup then get straight into our workout. Depending on the client’s fitness goals I will have timed/rep count circuits to keep the workout diverse and fun.

I have always been a big guy and always struggled with my weight, my eye opening point came when in November of 2008 I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I had started to lose weight on my own by exercise but did not really change what I was eating. In February 2009 my A1C# had crept up 2.5 points, that was what really scared the hell out of me and I knew I had to do something different.
I joined a gym in March 2009 and began exercising more. I decided to try working out with a trainer and since that day I have not looked back. Bekah has pushed me and helped me so much. I would not be where I am today without her, thank you so much you have changed my life. I tell everyone now that I am a born again health nut and I really love working out. I actually do not feel as good on the days that I do not get some type of exercise. I am currently about 23 pounds from my initial goal that I set with Bekah!
