A very individual training with exercises that are highly effective and challenging. I also include mental support and training and get usually very close to my clients.
Client success story
I worked almost 15 years with all kinds of clients. Over 100 for sure. My most successful year was 2010 when I had 8 knee injuries in training that were supposed to get surgery but none of them had to get their surgery after my rehab programs.
