I’m Katey Krupka, a dedicated fitness and nutrition professional with over a decade of experience in personal training, nutrition counseling, and group fitness instruction. As a mother of three, including twins, I understand the unique challenges that women face in balancing health, family, and career. My passion lies in empowering women to achieve their wellness goals through personalized, empathetic coaching that fits seamlessly into their busy lives.
With a background in holistic health coaching and a strong foundation in fitness, I’ve helped clients of all ages and fitness levels find success in their health journeys. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve your nutrition, or simply find a sustainable routine that works for you, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way. My current aspiration is to continue creating inclusive, results-driven programs that inspire confidence and long-term success for every client I work with.

In a typical training session, a client can expect a fun and engaging experience that’s both structured and supportive. We start with a mobility and flexibility warm-up, followed by a circuit-style workout tailored to your fitness level and goals. Each session includes a mix of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises, with personalized guidance on technique and form. We finish with a cool-down and stretching. Throughout, you’ll receive encouragement and adjustments to ensure competency in movement, real results, and continuous motivation, all while following a meticulously designed program crafted just for you.
