“Hello! My name is Hannah Nahar, and my path to becoming a personal trainer is deeply personal. After overcoming cancer, I understand firsthand the challenges of rebuilding strength and reclaiming your body. The treatment took a toll, and I experienced significant muscle loss. That’s what led me to the gym, initially as a way to heal and recover. What I discovered was a passion for fitness, and a renewed sense of empowerment. It was so transformative that I decided to dedicate myself to helping others achieve similar results.
I’m particularly drawn to working with individuals who are navigating their own life-changing events – whether it’s recovering from an illness, injury, or simply seeking a fresh start. I believe in a holistic approach to fitness, focusing on not just physical strength, but also mental and emotional well-being.
My training philosophy centers around the idea that true transformation comes from nurturing the whole person. I specialize in several key areas:
• Senior Fitness: Helping seniors maintain their independence, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life through safe and effective exercise programs.
• Restorative Fitness After Illness: Guiding individuals through the process of regaining strength, endurance, and function following illness or surgery. I understand the unique challenges and limitations that come with recovery and tailor programs accordingly.
• Muscle Building: Designing customized strength training programs to help you build lean muscle mass and increase overall strength.
• Fat Loss and BMI Improvement: Creating comprehensive weight management plans that combine exercise and nutrition to help you achieve a healthy BMI and improve overall body composition.
• Emotional Well-being: Recognizing the powerful connection between physical activity and mental health, I incorporate mindfulness and stress-reduction techniques into my training sessions to promote emotional resilience.

Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

The complied training is 45 minutes we warm up and stretch, The sessions are preplanned to a personalized goals. We track and record progress with check-in once a month.
