About Adam Riedel

I have been personal training for 4 years and have 3 years of work in physical therapy. I am currently working towards admittance to a Doctor of Physical therapy program. I have fitness experience in a variety of disciplines, as well as experience rehabbing adherents of those disciplines. They include: Power lifting, long distance running, yoga, high intensity interval training (HIIT), traditional strength training, tennis, crossfit, circuit training, calisthenics, training for weight loss, training for weight gain, and much more.

I graduated high school weighing 145 pounds at 6’5. I could never put on weight and before I knew I was skinny fat at 170 half way through my sophomore year in college. Through research, trail and error, and much more, I learned to put on healthy weight and eventually filled out my frame with muscle to the tune of 220 pounds at 6’5, along with bringing my power lifting total above 1000 pounds.

I have a vast experience in diet for weight management as well. From drinking a gallon of whole milk a day to finally break 200 pounds, to a calorie restricted keto and paleo diets, and everything inbetween.

Client success story

My first ever client lost over 50 pounds over our 10 months together and has kept them off. Even though I haven’t trained her in years she still gives me updates.

I have helped numerous women accomplish their first ever unassisted pull up.
