I have over 5 years of experience in personal training, group fitness instructing and yoga teaching. I specialise in weight loss, toning, muscle gain, back pain reduction, postural correction, mobility improvement and flexibility training. I am passionate about what I do and can help you achieve your goals! I have worked with college and professional athletes, pageant queens and beginners, people of all levels of fitness. I can bring the training back to basics and progress it up to advanced and professional level, suiting your training to your needs. I am thorough and provide a comprehensive training program in order to strive for best results.
Hourly rate: $63
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A typical training session depends on your individual needs. The first session is where we will discuss goals and I will take you through some fitness assessments to assess your level and needs. From there, you will perform a mini workout. At the end of the session, I will give you my observations and suggest how we should move forward in order to achieve your goals.
I have many client success stories from clients going down two dress sizes in two months, to clients winning crowns in pageants, to clients in yoga being able to clear their minds for the first time in their lives thanks to my meditation session. Clients are always very happy with their results from my programs.
