A deeply caring and motivated trainer who takes pride in learning experiences through active doing. The goal is to deliver and develop all the tools needed so you can support yourself and your loved ones, without my immediate assistance in the future. Every session is a great learning experience physically and mentally. Through years of of training college athletes, to many years of my own spinal cord injury rehab, I’ve experienced everything needed to support any age or g goal, in becoming better, stronger, more structured and more confident. Training is not at all what I do, it is who I am! I would love to be that person for you!
Hourly rate: $140
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
7-10 minute warm up where we can debrief of the past few days, diet and feelings. High motivation and care for each specific client. With this, you can also expect me to hold you accountable to your goals, and your words, as I expect you to do the same for me. A debrief of what we did, why we did it, and how this gets you closer to your goal. Goal setting for the near future before our next session.

My experience with working with Akeem is he cares about your well-being and you reaching the goals you have set for yourself. He also takes the time to find what works for you and knows how to keep you focused.
Since working with him I have lost
30 lbs so far and I have noticed a increase in strength, energy incline and an overall positive attitude with working out now. Coming from someone who has back issues he has definitely worked with me and found ways to help strengthen that to a point where I don’t have the same pains as I used to and I have fewer issues with it now.
