I started my fitness passion when I started taking kickboxing classes. At that moment it went from kickboxing to getting a membership at a local gym. I then began to train myself to see if I will see results. My goal was to gain muscle tone and energy. I then cancel my membership at the boxing place only because my gym had a punching bag. I then started to train myself. I did basic workouts and work my way up from there. I also did cardio kickboxing. My results were unbelievable. I went from being 97 pounds to 106.10. Now when I start training clients, I can share my story with them and connect with them on a whole new level.
Hourly rate: $85
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
My main job is to create a safe and effective exercise program just for you. Your program should be unique to you and your fitness goals and keep track of your body composition and fitness measures. These data are collected as part of the fitness assessments you’ll do periodically. Get ready to set those goals and let’s get our body moving.
