The session starts with a warm-up to prepare the body for exercise. This may involve light cardiovascular activities like jogging, cycling, or jumping rope, as well as dynamic stretches to increase flexibility and range of motion. Based on the client’s goals and assessment, I will guide them through a personalized workout plan designed to address their specific needs. The workout may involve a combination of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, functional movements, flexibility work, and core exercises. I will provide clear instructions and demonstration of each exercise, explaining the proper technique breathing patterns, and any modifications or progressions. Also making sure the client understands and can execute each exercise safely and effectively. Throughout the session, you will experience motivation and support. I’ll be providing positive reinforcement while encouraging verbal cues, correct form, technique, and tips to optimize performance. At the end of the session, you will be guided through a cool-down period, which may include light cardio exercises and static stretching to gradually lower heart rate, promote blood circulation, and aid in recovery. Stretching helps improve flexibility and reduce muscle soreness.
