Hi! I’m Amariliss, but you can call me Nina. I’m passionate about fitness and have been working in personal training for a few years. With over a decade of experience in Judo and a recent coaching certification, I bring a unique edge to my training. Currently, I’m diving into my Exercise Physiology studies at Barry University, which fuels my drive to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether it’s weight loss, body composition, or mastering Judo. I’m excited to share my knowledge and work with you—let’s get started!
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A typical training session can vary based on goals, fitness levels, and training styles. However as a general outline I like to do about a 15 min warmup including specific drills tailored to the upcoming workout routine. Then a 30-45 min main workout routine that can include anything from cardio to functional training. Lastly a cool down that will range from 5-10 minutes that includes static stretching and breathing exercises to promote recovery.
