As an individual with an ever growing passion for fitness, particularly for powerlifting and strength training(what I currently train for), I relish the opportunity to work with individuals and help them achieve their goals. What I lack for in training experience, I make up for in genuine passion, exceptional customer service, and a constant desire to learn and grow. The majority of my current training experience revolves around program design and basic nutrition plans(macros). I have trained under professional powerlifters and renowned personal trainers overseas in my home country of Lithuania, and am always looking to acquire new knowledge. I also have a background in swimming as a child/teenager under professional swim coaches. In the near future, I am hoping to attend university to further my education and knowledge.
Hourly rate: $70
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
The first session would largely be spent on establishing your goals, assessing your strengths and weaknesses, acquiring an injury and health history to ensure our training is as safe as possible, evaluating your likes and dislikes, and figuring out what we want to center your training around(general health, endurance, strength, mass, a bit of everything, etc.). We would then spend the remainder of the session going through a sample workout to give you an idea of what will be necessary in order to meet your desired goal(s). Afterwards, I would create a personalized program to follow for future training sessions that will help you reach your goals as quickly as possible, and train you under the parameters set by that program. We would adjust as necessary for as long as we work together.
One of my online clients in California, Jose, has lost 40 pounds since November, following a basic training routine and macro split I have provided for him. We have weekly check-ins, video advice, and adjust his program as necessary to work around any physical or time constraints. Jose has almost met his goal of 160 pounds and will be looking to “bulk up” and put on muscle mass, a goal for which we will develop a plan once the time comes.
