Hey, I am Anjelica. A little about myself. I am a six-year veteran. I initially started training while in the military Post service, I travel to various Senior locations to teach senior fitness classes, I instruct group fitness classes, my specialties are strength training and high intensity workouts. I truly try to adapt to help each individual the best way I can!
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A typical workout session for me starts with a 5 to 10 minute stretch/warm-up
Then the workout would be a four round circuit, which would include:
Full body kettlebell swings 12 reps
Alternating ball Slams Five reps each side
Dumbbell snatches Six each side
Russian twist 20 Total reps ( 10 each side)
Reverse crunches 12 reps
Stretch and Cool down
I feel like each time that I teach a class there is a success story. Every class I try to incorporate simple chair squats, and to see some people who struggle to stand normally able to stand without any help. Knowing that each class the Residents are slowly building strength to gain some independence is a good feeling!
