I am a 40 year old, single mom of 2 teenagers, with a later in life passion for fitness. I have grown to appreciate my body and how it works. I absolutely LOVE what I do and take great pleasure in sharing my knowledge with anyone who takes the time to listen. Helping people better their body so they can continue to live life to the fullest is what I strive to do. Let me be your cheerleader!
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

We will always start with some mobility and range of motion work as well as core and stability. Once we’ve established a strong foundation we can begin weight training. But I always like to check in with the client to see where their body is that day to determine if we need to change plans.
Today marks a significant milestone in my journey with Jeanine. One year ago, she came to me after suffering a severe shoulder injury. Despite the advice to undergo surgery, Jeanine was determined to regain her strength and mobility through sheer willpower and hard work.
We started with small, cautious steps, focusing on the basics of movement and gradually increasing the intensity of her exercises.
It wasn’t always a straight path. There were moments when we had to take a step back to ensure her shoulder could handle the new demands we placed on it. Patience and perseverance became our guiding principles.
Today, I am thrilled to share how far Jeanine has come. She has significantly expanded her range of motion and gained incredible strength. Each session, she pushes her limits and demonstrates unwavering determination. Her progress is a testament to her dedication and resilience.
