Hi there! I’m Ashley. I’ve been in the fitness industry for about six years. Through my own health journey, I have grown my passion to help people change their lives through personalized training, group-led fitness, and bootcamp programs. I have always loved movement. I did CrossFit through high school, started competitive bodybuilding in my early twenties, and currently follow a hybrid training style that involves running, pilates, and circuit training. I love to take care of my body and soul through exercise and I hope to share the joys of health and fitness with many others.

Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A client can expect to sweat, listen to good music, feel their muscles working well, feel accomplished as heck, and crave more workouts to come!
I have instructed many clients throughout the years, but what comes to mind is my HIIT/pilates class members. There is nothing more special than leading a group of strong, driven women who want to push themselves every week. Their effort inspires me and everyone around them. Fitness should be a FUN lifelong pursuit!
