Anyone who knows me will say that I am devoted to my health and fitness. I’m just like everyone else on a fitness journey. I know the struggles associated with trying to become the best version of myself and I’ve also reaped the rewards. I’ve learned that fitness is a serious undertaking, but my approach is to have fun while I work out. I know meeting the need of every student is not practical, but I do my best to provide a collectively enjoyable experience where people are able to maximize their calorie burn in a fun, safe, and effective dance workout. When I dance, I am doing more than just moving my body. I am giving love and encouragement to those around me. So when I tell participants to “keep going” or “you got this”, I’m really trying to inspire them to reach their goals as I have and continue to do.

Hourly rate: $75

First session is FREE
During class we go through a series of choreographed songs that combine dance with boot camp inspired body weight toning (squats, lunges, jumping jacks, etc). There is a blend of low, medium, and high tempo choreography including targeted toning (routines focused solely on one muscle group) that participants can add their own swag to or modify to fit physical needs. I incorporate “swag”, explosive, and toning songs into every class.
