BFitt 413 began with an idea, #hardworkdedication. At BFitt 413, I believe that fitness is a mindset as much as it is a physical achievement. With that said… know and understand that I will motivate you both mentally and physically on your journey to fitness.
As a husband and father, I understand how busy life can get. However, I also know the importance for a family to be healthy and strong in order to be able to enjoy life to the fullest. Therefore teaching effective workouts and good eating habits is my number one goal.
So, if you’re looking to have a great time during a hardcore workout, then I’m your guy!
My goal is to help my clients become their best selves and fall in love with adopting a fit lifestyle. I travel to my clients, giving them homework workouts and fitness tips to bring about as much positive change as possible. I don’t believe in quick fixes or cutting corners; that typically does not lead to long tern success. Instead I take a more methodical approach, since you are going to work for what you want. I live by the philosophy “nothing worth having comes easy”, so I expect effort & commitment from all my clients and in return I offer encouragement & motivation in order to get their best.
With over ten years of fitness related experience I have been helping individuals meet and/or exceed their fitness goals while helping to change their lives for the better. Training others, exercising and living a fit lifestyle is my passion.
I love what I do and I love to help others learn to love it too.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my personal training sessions with BFitt 413. Due to numerous injuries and a surgery over the past few years, I lost a lot of physical strength and saw its toll on my body – both physically and emotionally. Any muscle I used to have had turned flabby. I tried to dress in loose fitting clothing and became very self-conscious of my body. Bay started coaching me through personal training sessions three months ago. Not only has my body started to transform (I’m noticing actual definition in my muscles), I’m achieving physical strength and re-gaining my confidence. One major bonus: For the past few years I’ve had regular physical therapy for a rotator cuff injury. Recently my PT told me he can actually see a difference in my posture and he told me I don’t need to come to PT as often since my recovery is improving. Bay is a true expert in personal training and creates exercises that continue to challenge me every week. He ensures I’m doing each exercise in the proper form, making sure the right muscle is doing the work. He has confidence in my physical ability – even when I’m not sure if I can do it. It’s truly worth every penny!
