I have over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer. I used to run the fitness center for Potawatomi Hotel & Casino for 8 years, creating personalized fitness programming, creating wellness programs and initiatives, and running group classes for over 2000 employees. During my time at the casino, I worked with a wide variety of clients from all walks of life. I am an ACE-certified personal trainer, health coach, fitness nutrition specialist, orthopedic exercise specialist, behavioral change specialist, and martial arts instructor. I am also a fight coordinator and have experience working with and prepping actors for roles. Some of the films I’ve worked on include Deep Woods and Popper Baxton’s Sickley Stew. I love combining martial arts with my training as a fitness specialist to create programming an individual needs and enjoys!
Hourly rate: $90
