I found my passion for running about 12 years ago. It helped me lose 65 lbs. after giving birth to my second son. I started my fitness journey marching in my living room. Slowly I was able to do my first 5k race. Since then I’ve completed multiple 10k, half marathons, Marathons, 50k, triathlon, and cycling races. I’ve learned how important strength training is to overall fitness and strength. I’ve been helping family and friends for years, but became certified as a personal trainer earlier this year. I would love to help you on your journey.
Hourly rate: $75
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
I’m a firm believer in functional fitness. I love using body weight exercises and basic equipment. Most of my workouts are 30 minutes HIIT with 30 minutes of strength and stretching. I love variety and never want you to be bored.
